Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to be in great physical shape to start kickboxing. Our instructors are trained to come alongside every member, regardless of their fitness level, and guide them to their personal goals. Kickboxing and Boot Camp classes challenge every individual differently, and in ways your body may not be used to. It is important to our staff that we know your limits and goals in order to guide you most effectively. Our classes are taught in a group, but each member is encouraged to exercise at their own pace with their own personal goals in mind.
Our Kickboxing classes include a High-Intensity interval training warm up, stretching, bag rounds, and partner drills.
Our Boot Camp classes combine calisthenics, like pushups, lunges and squats, with other high-intensity aerobic movements that use forms of body-weight training.
Each day is a different class plan preventing boredom; keeping our members excited about coming to class.
